Batch Blogs again

It is batch blog again.

Blog 1)

Bought new toy again.
Aiyo... always like to spent...
This time, I change my room monitor to use a Samsung 26 inch LCD TV.
Also added a small little high defination DVD player by Shinco beside it.
Using Resolution of 1360 x 768 wide screen, double up for TV + DVD movie.Feel so relax now, can watch DVD before sleep and shut down via remote, compare to getting up and shutdown computer (used to play via Computer).
Sigh... I must be getting lazy.

Blog 2)

Meet up Reginald for the 'last' time.
Reginald, my ex-colleague, a SAP Administrator has migrated, he came back last week to do his final packing. We (with some other colleagues) meet up at this Japanese Sake Bar for dinner and drink. It is very comfortable, although the food is average. The 5 of us finished a big bottle (1.8 liter) of Sake while he chat about the good old time... I hope we will meet again.

Blog 3)

Today is my 1st day at my new cubicle (was told to shift, so that the new team is together). I am seated right outside my Deputy CIO's room. A new task is handed down today, I will tested the use on this 3G PCMCIA card and software from VodaPhone which M1 is using in Singapore for wireless access.
I installed it, quite easy and the software is friendly to use. However, the max speed of 384kbps is not easy to achive and maintain, performance go up and down, not consistent. Checked the price, very expensive too.
Also tested with our VPN, it is stable. The good point is that one can access the internet anytime anywhere as long as the mobile signal is there.
Will check out the market for more comparison, hopefully give a good report for this little task.

LDD,
no, we did not get drunk. Only a bit high and sleep well that night.

That is a container for the Sake, very beautifully designed.
It is like a glass/crystal flask with a hollow hole in the center (picture a tree with a hole where woodpecker lived), that hole is filled with ice to chill the sake in the flask which was poured from a BIG 1.8 litre bottle.

A beauty, right?
I think so too, that is why I told this nice pic.
:-)

P.S. : caught a cold today, will sleep soon.
